You should be able to get out of that group, how are you planning on using Joel Campbell?
First, congrats on winning the title mate! You've signed some great prospects and despite not having the best form, you will turn this around!
@Griffo ill be looking to play Joel Campbell on the left side of midfield or just off the striker, but changes will have to be made to fit him in

@AAN thanks for the comment mate, yeah its been a poor start to the season but we started off pretty much the same as last season so its not all bad
Not a great start, but I'm sure the results will pick up with the players you have!

Anderelcht unveil new Kit and Sponsors

Anderlecht will have a new look for the 2014/15 season. The players will be sporting a new jersey sponsored by Fly Emirates. The two organizations recently completed a three-year, multi-million dollar deal announced on Tuesday afternoon.
"This is huge," Anderlecht defender Chieckhou Kouyate said. "When I started with Anderlecht our sponsors were BNP Paribis Fortis. This is another big step in the right direction for the league and also for the Anderlecht. You're in good company when you have Fly Emirates in your corner."

Anderlechts jerseys will look the same. They have the Anderlecht logo on the chest and the stripe on the front.
Fly Emirates will be featured on all Anderlecht jerseys from the Jupiler League game-day jerseys down to the Anderlecht Academy uniforms. The company will also have signage around Constant Vanden Stock. The logo is already on the backdrop for press conferences, along with the logo and Constant Vanden Stock logos.

"This is another tremendous statement of what is happening around the league," said Anderlecht CEO and president Roger Vanden Stock. "This is a corporation, which saw the great things we have going on and wanted to be a part of that. This is the latest punctuation that shows our sport in this country is growing at a rapid level."

Fly Emirates saw it as a great opportunity to expand there sponsorships, nationally and internationally.

"We are very excited and proud to now be on the Anderlecht jersey," said Teresa Iglesias-Solomon, vice president of multicultural incentives at Fly Emirates. "We look at this as continuation of our growth in footbsll. It's the biggest sport worldwide, and rapidly growing in Belgium. Wherever Anderlecht goes, we will be with them as a part of the jersey."
Love those kits man! really nice update too :)
Tremendous kits!

September

September couldnt have started any worse than it did with a 3-0 loss to one of our fiercest rivals in Club Brugge, we never really looked in the match as Brugge took an early lead which lasted til half-time, they went on to score two more goals late on in the game to take the score to 3-0 which they held onto until fulltime, we won our next two matches, despite the scoreline saying they were close encounters we dominated both matches and recorded two clean sheets in the process.
these two wins could be the lift the players need to push on and start to challenge for top spot, 6 matches await us next month so its a good opportunity to keep momentum flowing

So after two wins and a loss in September we sit 6th only 6 points behind first place KV Kortjik, with KV unlikely to stay at the top for long we need to take advantage of the slip up that seems inevitable. an unbeaten month is key in October

Deinze are our opponents in the 6th round of the Cofidis Cup, Deinze currently play there football in the third tier of Belgian and will surely have to put up the barricades if they are to have any hope in stopping my Anderlecht side progressing to the next round
Unlucky with the start to the season, however good luck with the rest of it and the cup!
Sammy Ofer Stadium was the venue for Matchday 1 with Maccabi Haifa hosting Anderlecht. Haifa were on a great run of form after registering 7 straight wins in the Israeli Premier League whilst Anderlecht have just started to pick up some form of late.
The match couldnt have got off to a better start for Anderlecht as Matias Suarez and Aleksander Mitrovic put the visitors two goals up with only 12 minutes gone on the clock, Anderlecht took complete control of the match and it was only a matter of time before they struck again, this time Mitrovic escaping the offside trap to beat the onrushing goalkeeper and calmly place the ball in the back of the net, but on the stroke of halftime there was confusion in the Anderlecht defence and Omer Golan made them pay by taking full advantage of the situation and bringing Maccabi Haifa back into the match, 3-1!!!

Luka Milivojevic then wrapped the wrapped with a close range header after a pin point corner from Dennis Praet restoring Anderlechts 3 goal cushion and giving the Belgian champions a 4-1 win.

This win puts Anderelcht equal first place with Chelsea Fc who came back from 1-0 down to win 3-1, so a great start to the Champions League for Anderlecht, though only very early stages they couldnt have asked for a better start
a very good result mate! with a little luck, you can finish second in this group!
Good results ! Good luck in groups and watch in europe!
Great result, and you'll definitely need it to progress from this tough group! Good luck!
Great result, now to build off of it and maintain your momentum to get out of the group!

Sixth Round

The 6th round of the Confidis Cup drew Anderlecht against semi professional third division side KMSK Deinze Deinze were at $14 to cause an upset against there more illustrious opponents and the odds didnt lie with Anderlecht taking complete control with possession rising to 73% midway through the first half. but it did take Anderlecht 42 minutes to break the deadlock through a sublime finish by on loan attacking midfielder Joel Campbell as he raced past two defenders before lifting the ball over the Deinze goalkeeper with consumate ease.

into the second half and it only took 8 minutes for Anderlecht to extend their lead as club captain Olivier Deschacht rose above the Deinze defence to head home and put the match in complete control, Anderlecht had plenty of chances to extend the lead further but wasteful finishing cost us a bigger win, but most importantly we progress to the next round

7th Round Draw

next up we play Lokeren who beat second tier side Eupen 3-0 to reach this round. all the big guns of Belgian football still remain in the competition so its hard to predict a winner as of yet
