Keep up the good work. Some unlucky draws and losses there but I'm sure you'll improve.

The problem is that Andre Bikey, Andrew Shinnie, Pablo Sicilia, Emmanuel Ledesma and more are injured, and I have had to sell Nicky Bailey and George Friend. I got a good deal on both of those two, but I only get 30% transfer revenue so I couldn't afford to get a good replacement for them. I need to loan someone to replace Nicky Bailey because although I don't need a DMC I don't want to be playing Richard Smallwood as an MC because he is not that good.

McEachran Dropped By Kamara

Today Middlesbrough manager and ex-Sky Sports pundit Chris Kamara has blasted key midfielder Josh McEachran for his poor attitude whilst Boro are out of form. The youngster, on loan from Chelsea, has made 25 appearances in the league this season but as Boro's unbeaten streak hit an end his commitment to the club has disappeared according to Kamara. He has revealed that he will be dropping him for the side's game at home to Millwall, a key fixture in the race for promotion. "To be honest, although Josh is one of our best players, he can be a frustrating boy to deal with. He hasn't made it to the top yet, but he acts like he is the best player in the world. He has a famous actor girlfriend and he never listens in team-talks, I mean, he's worse than Mario Balotelli!" McEachran will definitely not be pleased with his manager for his public criticism, but will he want to continue playing for the team? His loan ends at the end of the season and no matter what his attitude is, he will be sorely missed.

Boro sign 2 'Golden Oldies'

Middlesbrough manager Chris Kamara has announced the signings of two veterans of the game on free transfers. Australian winger Harry Kewell is poised to make his debut against Millwall but the other signing, Jari Litmanen from Finland, will be used more as a back up striker. Kamara admits that the players may be a little rusty following their long break from the game, but Kewell has no doubts that his fitness will not be a problem in the slightest, despite his old age. "Unbelievable! Get it? Ha! Obviously I was pleased to hear that Middlesbrough were interested in me, but now the move has come to fruition and it will be great to work with Jari Litmanen, he was one of the best in the business." Litmanen also stated his delight, but he was much calmer. "I have been out of football for a while and, I must admit, I was thinking of retiring but Middlesbrough came in with a fantastic offer I couldn't really refuse, but they are a good side and I will have to work hard to get into the team every week." The deals could certainly help Boro sell more tickets as Litmanen is regarded as a footballing legend by many and Kewell was a part of the Liverpool side that won the Champions League in 2005.

Middlesbrough's new signing Harry Kewell has confirmed that he will sit out 4 weeks of action. The Australian, who signed alongside Finnish legend Jari Litmanen, broke his wrist in the 0-0 draw with Huddersfield at the Riverside Stadium. He made his debut against Millwall and set up the winning goal against Sheffield Wednesday but was ineffective in yesterday's match, and came off after falling and breaking his wrist. The winger has already thanked the Boro fans for their support after he arrived on a free transfer.
Seems like Kewell signed a contract and got injured on purpose so he doesn't have to play :))

All I can say is that I wish there was pay-per-play contracts in this game. :D Litmanen got injured on his debut too, but he's only out for 4 days. Injury Crisis, these are the players currently out injured:
Andre Bikey
Harry Kewell
Andrew Shinnie
Jari Litmanen
Emmanuel Ledesma
and some youth team bloke.
Remember when Tyrone Mears signed for Bolton and broke his leg in the first training session. I felt sorry for him but it was kind of funny.
Me too... me too.

February: When the tortoise beats the hare

Emnes scored both of the teams goals this month

Blackburn 0-0 Boro

Boro 0-0 Millwall

Wednesday 1-2 Boro
Marvin Emnes (2)

Boro 0-0 Huddersfield

Manager's notes:
We must be the most boring team in the league. The game against Wednseday was an exception, we led the whole game but they equalized in the 89th minute, but then we scored in added time to win. But the rest was all just draws. Only 1 goal conceded, but only 2 goals scored. We might lose our lead at the top soon, but now players are coming back from injuries so that should give us a boost.

Unbelievable Player Of The Month:
Well there isn't much competition, but Marvin Emnes again. He isn't necessarily on top form but he has scored twice, so he has to get the award really.

Unbelievable Goal Of The Month:
No screamers here, but Harry Kewell played a neat one-two to put Marvin Emnes free, who duly scored against Wednesday.
May not be amazing but still picking up points keep it up mate :)
I think that the tactics were the problem because I switched back to what I was using in the 1st half of the season and I beat Cardiff 1-0,it should have been more, but the point is THAT WE WON A GAME AND WE ACTUALLY DESERVED TO WIN IT! THIS HASN'T HAPPENED IN YEARS!
Some unfortunate results there but just keep going and you'll improve every month :) How's Kewell doing for you then (when he's not getting injured)?
He set up Marvin Emnes for the winner and has generally looked quite good so far Glenn.
Emnes is proving to be a key player! Unlucky with the draws!
Yeah, but I am changing the tactics back to what they were in the first half of the season because, although he didn't play well then, the rest of the team did, and I'd rather have the whole team playing well rather than just one striker.
