Season break out. What can you tell us after win against Zadar and your plan against Chelsea and overall season break in HNL1?

Well first i want to thank all Dinamo fans who will come on Maksimir, it was unexpected by me but with latest news we have stadium will be almost full so i am glad about it and will do whatever we can for fans.

Your are out of UEFA Championship Cup no matter result, how will you approach game?

Well we will try to get result but we know that Chelsea with Special will come here for win no matter they are trough.

Do you think you could be heavy defeated at Maksimir?

Sure, but we will do all we can so that scenario does not happen.

There are rumors that you do not like Special One and that one of your dream is to defeat him, is that true?



Yes, i am not his biggest fan but he have results so who am i to say anything before and if i ever defeat him.

So, this is you'r second chance, are you nervous?

No. No at all.

OM or Basel?

Well i think Basel is not outsider and i think they can defeat OM but i am keeping fingers for Slaven Bilić and hope he will get trough.

Ok, Croatian HNL 1 is on break. How do you see on competition?




Well first, i am suprised by Istra win again Hajduk. Didn't expect that at all.

There will be two month's of break, will you go to holiday?

Yes, i really need it and players too, we had hard tight fixtures with injuries and many problems and we are on top of Division One, i am very happy with team.


There are rumors that morale is good in team.

Yes, that's correct.

Can you tell us more about Division One, what do you expect after season break?

Well i think we will hold first position without no problem but i do not want to be driven by it, we will be ready and look at every detail to end on first place.

Did you expect Slaven Belupo on second place before season break?

No and i must say, they are going very good. Also i must admit that i was wrong about Tudor and Hajduk, but they are not our level.

Yes, i think its no suprise and i think Matjaž Kek have good players, especially from Dinamo, so i would suggest him not too play mind games with me.

Do you belive Istra can get out of relegation zone?

Nah. They beaten Hajduk but i think it was bad day for Tovar's.

You are 4 poits away from Slaven Belupo who is having 3 points more than Rijeka, 5 points more than Hajduk, Lokomotiva and 6 placed and points Osijek.
