Great result. Title all but wrapped up!

Red Bull Salzburg can potentially become champions today if they beat St.Polten.

The opposition sit comfortably in 6th place and don’t look likely to move any higher up the table with 4 games left.

Salzburg have found consistency since the league split winning all their games to this point and we expect no different today.

When people expect you to do something it makes it harder and we showed all season that we don’t only want to win but win in style and we certainly did that today

A hattrick of free-kicks, I don’t think I have ever seen that happen and they were all wonderful games. Zlatko (Junuzovic) is a very good player and we have seen that all season long, him and Prevljak are
competing for top scorer and it will be interesting to see who wins it in the end.

We can now enjoy the final three games of the season with no pressure on the result. I will be in contact with the board to plan for next season, to see what we can do in the coming transfer market.

This has been an unbelievable change in my life that I never expected and I can't thank the board at this club for giving me the opportunity to become what I have dreamt of for many years. And my wife who has stuck by me in this career change that has had a big impact on her too, as we don't get to spend as much time together as we once did.

Well wow! A 9-1 victory, that is just incredible! The board have every obligation to give you what is necessary for the next campaign after that excellent show!

Well that's one way to seal the title! After such an extraordinary season, the future is very bright. It will be difficult to replicate the feats of this season, especially in Europe, but best of luck!

I think it's my biggest ever FM win!

I have made a lot of profit this season and I came into an already wealthy club, so we should be able to spend whatever is necessary.

Yeah I think the quarter-finals was a fantastic achievement which we can't really expect to replicate.

1st Cup win since 1995 for Rapid Wien, so it has been a long time coming for arguably the biggest club in Austria!

Champions League Semi-Finals

1st Legs Arsenal 1-1 Liverpool and Real Madrid 0-0 Barcelona

Well they where the most boring games in the history of the competition

2nd Legs Barcelona 1-0 Real Madrid (Messi 56') and Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal (Firmino 29')

Liverpool the 6x Champions are through to their 3rd consecutive Final, they face a Barcelona team that famously bottled a 3-0 Camp Nou victory to bow out 4-3 on aggregate against Liverpool last season!

Can they get revenge?

Marcel Schmid - I went with a few rotations today and it paid off. Junuzovic with another hat-trick it's just astounding his composure and quality on the ball.

No we do not look at this as revenge for the semi, that game they deserved to win because they played well and we didn't turn up. Today we were fantastic which may be because there is no more pressure on us we just have to see these games out.

Crazy! They haven't won the league since 2008 either, but are still 8 ahead of Austria.

Damn, that is just pure class from Salzburg, a 9-1 win to win the league. That's how you make a statement. And nice to see Rapid winning something haha.

Junuzovic is in quite sensational form! Also not a good time for Linz either with the recent losses to yourself and Rapid!

Junuzovic seems a quality player!
