Shame you couldn't win the title but who cares!!! The Premier League is where it's at!!! Seems like just yesterday Bono was belting out 'Beautiful Day' in the changing rooms to part time postman and McDonald's burger flippers in 2012 :D You hit the big time. Awesome story!
Since the beginning of this story, I knew that this story was destined for great things. Looks like I was right :P
YAY!!!! PREM, Vauxhall is coming!
Great achievement Justice ;)
Fantastic achievement mate. Well done
That’s a long way to travel from the Blue Square North.

Congratulation on the promotion and good luck next season in the EPL.

Thanks everybody for the congrats messages, much appreciated :)

Next season will be a lot more difficult for us but we will be up for the challenge (hopefully) :)

Season Eight: Season Review

Our eighth season with Bono was very dramatic and brought much joy to us. This is a rundown of what happened over the course of the season.

NPower Championship

This season was much better than our last season. Our league record for this season was 27-12-7, which is rather impressive. Our start to the season was very impressive, but once again, it was the end of the season which disappointed us. We need better depth in our squad to improve our chances of winning trophies for next season.

We finished second when we were predicted to finish last. For me, this is a fantastic achievement and we can only improve on this.

FA Cup

We did amazing to reach the the semi finals of the FA Cup, where we were knocked out by a much stronger Arsenal team. I am delighted with our progress in the cup and maybe we can go even further next season.

Capital One Cup

We got through to the second round, where we were beaten by Liverpool. This was expected so I'm not too disappointed. Hopefully we can do better next season!

That's my season review. It was a bit shorter than usual, I know, but there wasn't much to explain. Next will be my Player of the Season post, and then some interviews and stuff. I hope you have all enjoyed this :)
Good luck in prem lad

Thanks mate :)

Season Eight: Player of the Season

Euan Smith is my player of the season for 2019/2020. The striker has been in sensational form and here are his stats for the season:

Appearances: 53
Goals: 35
Assists: 5
MotM: 5
Yellow Cards: 1

Goals per Game Ratio: 0.66
Shots on Target Ratio: 40%
Pass Completion Rate: 77%
Fouls: 47
Fouls Against: 60

Average Rating: 7.34

As you can see, his goal tally of 35 goals in 53 games is very impressive. That's a ratio of two goals every three games. This is very impressive for any striker and he has made himself a Vauxhall idol. This guy has been spectacular for us and you can see his history here:

Long live Euan Smith!
Yet he will forever be remembered for those 7 goals he scored for Arbroath. True legend xD
