Achieving 5 Stars In Every Training Area

Written by Justice

The only way to get 5 stars in a training area is by bringing in a coach who is good enough to make this possible. There is a lot to consider when hiring coaches, and not just their attributes for specific coaching areas. Sure you can hire a guy with a 20 Defending Coaching attribute, but there’s no guarantee that he will provide 5* training. You must consider a number of other factors before hiring a coach, and even then there’s no guarantee until you hire him/her that you will be provided with 5* training.

Alongside their actual coaching attributes, you must consider a number of others. Determination, Motivating and Level Of Discipline are all important, while you should also consider whether the coach has good past experience and has the required language to work at your club. There’s not much point hiring a coach for a Spanish club who can’t speak Spanish! Another good indicator is if a coach has worked at top clubs. For example, a coach who works for Chelsea is more likely to be better than a coach who works for a lower division side. At the end of the day, you won’t know if a coach will provide 5 stars in a training area until you hire them. You may have to go through quite a few until you find one. If you can bring in plenty of top quality coaches, you can eventually get 5 stars in every training area.

It is also worth noting that coaches develop just like players do. With age and experience, coaches become better in training. One coach might start as a 3 star Attacking coach, and become a 4.5 star Attacking coach in ten years time. They do develop. You should also consider coaching workload. One coach may not be enough for each training area, depending on the size of your squad. You should consider hiring a number of coaches for each area if you have a relatively large squad at your disposal.

Just read this end to end, ill admit I'm one of those that just let staff take training and wondered why my wonder kids were not developing. Cant wait for FM16 to come out so i can grab a lower league team and properly work with them to bring them to greatness
