Individual Attribute Training
Written by JusticeThis is very easy to understand. In the Development -> Training tab for each player, you can set Individual Training. You can set the Focus to an Individual Role or to a Specific Attribute. You can also set the Intensity of the Focus. This is how much your player will focus on the certain role or attribute selected.
I prefer to have my players focus on an Individual Role. This sets your player to focus on the key attributes associated with a role. It is important to understand these are not the only attributes that your player will train at, but the ones that they will place the most focus on. It is ideal to train your players in the Individual Role which they play as in matches, as it strengthens their understanding of this role and prepares them best for it.
Focusing on a specific attribute does exactly what it says it does. This attribute isn’t the only one which your player will train, but it is the one which they will put the most focus on. This is ideal if your player has a specific weakness which needs improvement. Make sure that you select the appropriate attribute to focus on, as you don’t want to waste your time.
