How Personality Affects Growth
Written by JusticeJust like real life people, players in FM have personalities too. These personalities can affect how they train and how they develop. Do they have personalities which will see them train better and develop? Or do they have personalities which won’t see them train well? It is important to understand why they affect growth so you can handle them.
Ideally the best players for training are those who are Professional and very Determined. The more Professional they are, the better care they take of themselves in training. If a player is Determined, he will apply himself better in training too. Good personalities are important for players to have as they will see the best training efforts. You want players with good personalities in your squad for the obvious reasons. Good personalities make a squad of players who work well together, and they can push each other to greater heights in training as well as matches.
If your player is slack or unprofessional, he won’t train well. He is likely to be lazy and won’t apply himself well. If he doesn’t apply himself well, he’s likely to perform poorly in training and you will see negative results. This may also affect your squad negatively. A bad seed may put the squad down and cause some dressing room problems.
