FM 2016 Tactics

Wide yet fairly narrow basic control 4-2-3-1 tactic for Football Manager 2016. Created by a dozen people on our Twitch chat after my 1st season with West Ham.

This is the FM 2016 tactic I have started to use in my pesonal Chelsea save (not my YouTube one). So far I am unbeaten other than a loss in the Community Shield and a loss on penalties.
